All examinations require a deposit at time of booking an appointment. You are paying for a guaranteed time slot. All deposits are non-refundable and balance of exam fees are due prior to start of all examinations the day of the exam. At Veritas Polygraph we strive for customer satisfaction. All decisions are based on the polygraph charts developed during the actual polygraph examination.
